It’s a main component of our training. No one else’s materials hit the mark for training non-medical companions the way Medifecta’s materials do.
I’ve been in this industry for many years. Most training materials I’ve come across were developed to meet regulations and they are boring. The Medifecta programs make the training easy because they are not a challenge to watch.
For our members who also have personal care services, we offer the Caregiving Series. All of the programs are interactive, entertaining and enjoyable. They have a compassionate delivery.
