Welcome to our flexible, convenient and cost-effective online learning for caregivers. We offer two online learning options that can be used by organizations and individual caregivers.

Organizations
If your organization provides orientation, staff education, continuing education or community education, you can use our online learning options for reliable, cost-effective training that is thorough and easily accessible any time, day or night. And...... your staff can even take the test online. If the test is completed successfully, a certificate of completion will be provided online.

Individual Caregivers
Our online education is a great tool for individual caregivers, too! Family and friends can learn caregiving and communication skills from their own homes with our online programs.

Online Viewing
We offer 16 of our award-winning DVD programs in an online viewing format. Our online programs include all the materials that you have come to expect from Medifecta, such as key points and definitions, objectives, course outline, testing and test results. Regarding System Requirements

We offer two forms of online education. Each has a slightly different system requirement. Most computer systems purchased within the past couple of years will be able to view these programs successfully. You will need Quicktime for the Interactive e-learning Alzheimer's Training and Windows Media Player for the online viewing. There are additional system requirements listed on this page for each of these presentation styles.

System Requirements

• Online Viewing
  
  The programs you will be watching have been encrypted using DRM technology. To view, you will need to meet the following system requirements.
  
  Windows XP or 2000 and higher
  Windows Media Player 9 or higher
  
  Windows Media Player may need to be updated if the player does not have the latest "individualization" data for DRM. This information is upgraded from time to time to protect content creators and increase security. If the user's player needs to be updated, the player will prompt the user and update automatically. Manual updates can be done by "help - check updates"
  
  If you are running an Anti-virus program and believe you should have been granted a license to access this content, your Anti-virus program may have blocked the process. In this case, please repeat the previous step again with your Anti-virus program temporarily disabled.
